Chief Executive Officer
With over 35 years’ experience in the education credit and niche consumer finance markets, Steve specializes in managing the formation and growth of credit-related businesses. Companies that Steve has launched and managed have originated, serviced, sold, and securitized more than $7 billion in consumer debt.
Kevin began his career as a loan officer with Bank of America. He has developed extensive and diversified experience in banking and credit while honing his ability to craft detailed projections, create business plans, manage teams and coach and assist lenders and other stakeholders in all aspects of the credit process.
Sales and Marketing
Robbie has broad experience in the financial services industry ranging from consumer loan portfolio management to commercial lending. Through the identification and application of new technology and analytical decision-making, he seeks to ensure quality product and service while creating new revenue opportunities.
Accounting and Financial Reporting
Irene earned a B.S. from Barry University, and is CPA eligible with Master level Accounting and Financial credits completed at Samford University and the Hebrew University. To her credit, Irene has a Ph.D. in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Counseling. Having had her initial accounting training at the prestigious Miami-based CPA firm, Rodriguez, Trueba & Company, Irene decided to work in the private industry. Since then, she has worked for 30 years in roles as Accounting Manager, Controller, Assistant Controller, and Director of Finance at companies such as BrandsMart USA, Altec Inc., Mayco Industries, and TransBrasil Airlines, in different industries including retail, transportation, leasing, and manufacturing.
A graduate of UCLA and a 30-year veteran of the banking and regulatory industries, Mark has specialized experience working with community banks and credit unions in all phases of asset sales and participations, platform development, asset management and regulatory compliance.
